About Me

Not So Average Aracich

Holly Aracich (Air-uh-sitch) is not your grandma’s realtor. In fact, she’s not average — period. Holly, bought her first home in 2006 at the age of 21. Having her own home allowed Holly to adopt a large family of pets. She currently has four dogs, Harrison, Bera, Jefferson, and Chomp.

While Holly was raised in the muggy flat-lands of Florida, she fell in love with the mountains at Warren Wilson College where she played four years of women’s basketball, coached for three, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion.

Holly has always followed her own distinct path. This path led her on a coast to coast biking trip, a three-thousand mile trek from Maine to Vancouver, to raise money for affordable housing and to build houses with Habitat for Humanity. She has immersed herself into animal rescue and welfare working with the Humane Alliance Spay/Neuter Clinic. At the clinic she has been an integral part of a team that has saved millions of animal’s lives. Always up for new challenges, her current desire is to try-out for Asheville’s Roller Derby team.

The happiness she has found in purchasing her own home and building a life in Asheville has lead her to becoming a Realtor so she could do the same for others. Holly has set a trend in doing things her own way, a special way, a not-so-average way and that’s exactly how she treats her properties and prospects.

Holly welcomes you to contact her. It is her privilege to make your home-buying/selling a not-so-average experience.
